Returns

Please choose your purchases carefully and contact us with any questions prior to making a purchase. There are no hidden return/restocking fees if returns are made as outlined in this section. You are responsible, however, for return shipping. Please read this section in its entirety before returning any items you've purchased from us.

If you feel that you've received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item from us, please contact us immediately for further assistance.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to make a return. (Delivery date is the postal delivery date.)


Returned merchandise should be in the original packaging and be in the same new, unworn/unused condition as when it arrived. Please ensure that all tags remain attached, the merchandise remains unwashed, free of lint & pet hair, and there are no make-up, deodorant, or other stains or blemishes on the merchandise. Please ensure that items are not exposed to odors such as perfume, pet odors, or cigarette smoke. We cannot accept returned merchandise we deem non-salable as new merchandise.

• Items marked "clearance" and ending in price $0.98 are final sales and are not eligible for returns, as clearly indicated in the item description.
• We cannot accept returns for body care products, hosiery, intimate attire, wigs, hats, media, and some novelty items.

 

If you already have created a registered customer account on our website prior to placing your order, log into My Account, open the order in My Orders, and select the item(s) you are returning, reason for the return, and requested return action (refund, exchange, or store credit). This will initiate the return process. (In some cases, we may be unable to exchange an item with your alternate choice if it's not in stock, but we will gladly issue a refund or credit if you want to return it anyway.)

If you did not create a registered customer account, please contact us with your order number and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will initiate the return process and provide further instructions via email. 

Failure to follow one of the return processes outlined above may result in delays and incur a 15% processing & restocking fee.

Refunds

We will inspect your return upon receipt, and if accepted, we will issue a refund to your original credit card or PayPal account within 5 business days and send you notification. Please be aware that it may take longer for funds to become available depending on your credit card or PayPal processing time (typically 5 to 10 business days).

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. However, if you feel that you've received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item from us, please contact us immediately for further assistance.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the return shipping. However, if you feel that you've received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item from us, please contact us immediately for further assistance.

We highly recommend using a shipping method that offers tracking and insurance for your return. We are not responsible for returns that don't arrive or arrive damaged, including lost in transit or held by customs authorities.

 

Store Returns (for in-store purchases only)

You can receive an in-store credit, exchange, or refund. Credit card refunds will be applied to the same card used for the original purchase.
